Question 1

Are the laptops and phones you sell brand new or refurbished?

Accepted Answer

We sell both, and we always say so upfront. Each product page clearly states whether an item is brand new (sealed, full manufacturer warranty) or refurbished (tested, graded, and covered by our shop warranty). Filter by condition on any category page.

Question 2

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Brand-new devices carry the manufacturer’s official warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on the brand), while refurbished items come with a 3–12 month shop warranty. Warranty terms are listed on each product page.

Question 3

Do you deliver countrywide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver across Kenya via trusted courier partners. Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2:00pm; upcountry deliveries typically take 1–3 business days.

Question 4

Can I pay on delivery or in installments?

Accepted Answer

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major cards. Pay-on-delivery is available within Nairobi for verified orders, and we work with select financing partners for laptop and desktop purchases — ask our team on WhatsApp for current options.

Question 5

Can you build a custom desktop or workstation for my needs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Tell us your budget and what you’ll be using it for (gaming, video editing, CAD, data work, general office use) and our technicians will recommend and assemble a configuration that fits, with a full parts warranty.

Question 6

Do you buy back or trade in old devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept trade-ins on laptops and phones in working condition towards the cost of a new device. Bring your device to any showroom or send us photos and the specs on WhatsApp for a free valuation.
